Every member is part of a different department in TMG. We have imaginative filmmakers and producers in Video Production, strategic planners in Project Management, visual magicians in Design, and stellar communicators in Account Management. Of course, we can’t forget the expert developers in Tech, growth hackers in Digital Strategy, or innovative dynamos in Creative Strategy. BRIGHT FUTURES
Not everyone in TMG is going to work at an agency after graduation, and that diversity only brings more perspectives, insights, and ideas in our work. In our four-year history, our alumni have become creative strategists, digital marketers, software engineers, consultants, accountants, product designers, art directors, filmmakers, writers, financial analysts, and entrepreneurs, to name a few. DIRECTORS
Directors are responsible for leading their respective departments. They also head recruitment, provide new member training, and offer ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle from strategy to execution. Directors also present on topics related to their department to TMG as a whole, adding deep value to member education that promotes both depth and breadth of learning.

Our leaders have served as visionaries, team builders, mentors– shaping the spirit and direction of our organization. Their incredible guidance has allowed us to grow quickly from a founding team with a killer knack for telling stories to a full-service marketing agency run by a community of talented students who continue to value stories at their core.
MEDIA PRODUCTION
The Video Production department transforms a campaign's story into a cinematic reality. From commercials to stills to animated gifs, the video team manages pre-production, production, and post-production for all filmed and photographed campaign assets. Duties include creating storyboards, drafting scripts, shooting, and editing. Outside of production, our diverse team, composed of directors, producers, cinematographers, editors, animators, and a growing art department, provides accounts with a video perspective during brainstorming.

DESIGN
The Design team delivers the creative vision of TMG, crafting visual content for all of our campaigns. They not only help present the vision for the client to understand, but they also have the opportunity to execute on those ideas and create the proposed assets, including website layouts, logos, packaging, rebranding, social media graphics, and much more, depending on the needs of accounts and clients.

DIGITAL STRATEGY
The Digital Strategy team are the digital marketers of TMG. This team is composed of data analysts, growth hackers, and digital storytellers; our digital strategists provide quantitative insights and social and digital media expertise to help drive campaign strategy. During the actual campaign season, they are responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing our social and digital campaigns to drive engagement and growth online for TMG’s clients.

CREATIVE STRATEGY
The Creative Strategy department drives all storytelling within TMG. From leading campaign brainstorming and ideation sessions to spearheading research efforts, the creative strategy team is responsible for bringing ideas to life in thoughtful and engaging ways. During production, our creatives oversee campaign execution to ensure an accurate delivery of approved content and consistent brand and campaign message.

TECHNOLOGY
The Technology team helps accounts and clients with tech-related needs. Members of the team will be responsible for aiding our strategists with tasks related to websites, mobile applications, and other tech/data needs. Behind the scenes, our software developers are working to develop a robust program that conducts live sentiment analysis from web and social media content.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The Account Management department is responsible for interfacing with our clients and our internal team. Account Directors understand the needs of their client and the capabilities of their account, and know how to bring our unique skill sets together. They facilitate communication via email, phone/video calls, and in person meetings, and are the go-to contact for our clients. Account Directors lead their teams throughout the process to create the best campaigns possible for our clients.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Management department is responsible for organizing and delegating tasks within their team. Project Managers keep track of all the details of the project to make sure no deliverable is left undone, and all the money is spent wisely. Project Managers are in constant communication with the rest of the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time, on scope, and on budget.
