Our client engagement timeline generally aligns with the USC academic year. We onboard clients in early Fall, pitch our campaign at the end of first semester, and wrap campaigns in the second semester just as summer comes around.* Accounts are composed of cross-functional teams actively working together on the engagement.
*Given the context of COVID-19, we are open to working on accelerated or alternative timelines as well, depending on the client.
Using primary and secondary research, we analyze the client, competitors, industry, and customers to formulate a campaign strategy.
Driven by key insights and strategy, we will then build and pitch a creative campaign to enhance the client’s marketing and branding.
Once a campaign is finalized, we enter production season, bringing to life the video, social media content, website, or physical activations.
We then deliver the campaign, which could include building a social media plan, launching a digital ad campaign, or executing a physical event.
